Return Policy
For guest customers, we offer free returns within 30 days upon delivery; if you have registered to be a NINGO Defender, we will extend it to 45 days.
Return Conditions
- Unworn, unwashed, undamaged and clean.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Items not eligible for return
- Items with a sale tag.
- Items with a final sale tag.
- Items fully paid for by reward points.
How long can I get my refund?
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Firstly, we'll check if you need to return the items, and we'll guide you through the next steps. If a return is necessary, you can find the details in our return policy. If no return is needed, we'll verify if your request meets the conditions for a refund and process it within 3 business days.
Exchanges
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
- Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for the exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the new item has been shipped.
Exchange Process

Our team will assess whether the item is eligible for exchange. Once confirmed, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location. If You Are Shipping An Item Over $75, You Should Consider Using A Trackable Shipping Service Or Purchasing Shipping Insurance. We Don’t Guarantee That We Will Receive Your Returned Item.
