How To Verify My Identity?

Proper Nurse, Doctor, or Medical Professional ID required. Verification is quick and simple! Just fill out the form above and submit your ID so that we can confirm you are eligible to enjoy the discount. We will verify it within 48 hours and send you the code via email. Make sure to enter your first and last name exactly as it appears on your Medical ID document.

Is The First Responder Discount Eligible For Past Orders?

Unfortunately, the discount cannot be applied to orders placed on ningo.com or other sales channels like Amazon, eBay or Walmart. It can only be used in your current and future orders.

Why it says my document is not valid?

Please make sure to upload clear photos of the required documents. Here are some tips for you:

  • Match the orientation to the document (for example, use landscape orientation for Driver's Licenses).
  • Turn off the flash on your camera to reduce glare.
  • Place your document on a dark table or surface.
  • There should be no other objects in the photo.
  • Take the photo straight on and not at an angle.
  • Your document should fill as much of the frame as possible, without cutting any of it off. All four corners of the document should be visible.
  • Look at the photo after you take it, and make sure there is no glare obscuring the text.
  • Your photo must be in PNG or JPG format.

Medical Professional Discounts Terms And Conditions:

  • The discount takes 15% off your order, excluding shipping fees.
  • You can only use one discount code at a time. The discount is only valid for full price items.
  • Coupon is valid for 1 month, and we can only offer one coupon code per valid Military ID within a 6 month period.
  • The coupon code must be used on an order that is placed under your name and email address. Orders placed under different names may be cancelled without notice and no additional codes may be offered.
  • Orders you placed before are not eligible for reimbursement.
  • By entering you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
  • All the information will not be collected and stored by ningo.com, we will only use it for verification use.
