How to verify my identity?

Verification is quick and simple! Just fill out the form above and submit your ID so that we can confirm your eligibility for the military discount. We will verify it within 48 hours and send you the code via email. Make sure to enter your first and last name exactly as it appears on your military document.

Is the military discount eligible for past orders?

Unfortunately, the discount cannot be applied to orders placed on ningo.com or other sales channels like Amazon, eBay, or Walmart before. It can only be used for your current and future orders.

Why it says my document is not valid?

Please ensure you upload clear photos of the required documents. Here are some tips for you:

  • Match the orientation to the document (e.g., use landscape orientation for Driver's Licenses).
  • Turn off the flash on your camera to reduce glare.
  • Place your document on a dark table or surface.
  • Ensure there are no other objects in the photo.
  • Take the photo straight on and not at an angle.
  • Your document should fill as much of the frame as possible, without cutting any of it off. All four corners of the document should be visible.
  • Check the photo after you take it to make sure there is no glare obscuring the text.
  • Your photo must be in PNG or JPG format.

Military Discounts Terms and Conditions:

  • The discount provides 15% off your order, excluding shipping fees.
  • You can only use one discount code at a time. The discount is only valid for full price items.
  • Coupon is valid for 1 month, and we can only offer one coupon code per valid Military ID within a 6 month period.
  • The coupon code must be used on an order that is placed under your name and email address. Orders placed under different names may be cancelled without notice and no additional codes may be offered.
  • Orders you placed before are not eligible for reimbursement.
  • By entering you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
